Job Descriptions:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, focusing on wharf or pier development from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Oversee budgeting and cost management, including procurement of materials and services within allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on-site.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the construction process, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 – 6 years of relevant construction management / project management experience in the constructions industry
- Must have experience in Pier / Wharf project
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is advantageous
