JIRA/Windchill Administrator
Job Info:

- Salary: $ 3,500 - $ 4,500 with AWS + VB + PB
- Benefits: Dental and Medical claim
- Working Day: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues from Jira and Windchill users daily.
- Review and approve user requests.
- Ensure Jira and Windchill systems are up-to-date through regular maintenance.
- Performance monitoring, and applying upgrades when necessary.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Provide training and support to Jira and Windchill users.
- Maintain and update procedures and work instructions related to Jira and Windchill applications.
- Ensure Jira and Windchill maintenance aligns with company's standards and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any Science / Engineering discipline.
- Min 2 years of experience in a Jira & Windchill Administrator role or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, i.e, Excel, Words and Powerpoint. - Independent and initiative to develop and drive continuous improvement programs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues
- Perform regular backups of Jira & Windchill datas
