We are looking for someone to manage one of our four outlets in Central Singapore. We offer good benefits and a sales commission structure, with a track record of delivering excellent service to our customers.
Our requirements are as follows:
- Managing daily operations of the gym outlet to ensure good experience for our customers
- Enforce SOP on staff and manage operations team's work quality and performance
- Establish and maintain good relationship with our customers and team members
- Maintain tidiness and smooth operation of overall gym outlet
- Maintaining staff scheduling and payroll
- Tracking of daily accounts
- Coordination with gym suppliers and partners
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Honest and ethical
- Start date: 1 September 2024
- 5 days work week
- Mininum 2 years experience in customer service / gym management
- Standard First Aid / CPR / AED certified
- Singaporean / PR / Malaysian
