Responsibilities:
- Oversee all civil infrastructure and building projects for defects rectifications.
- Provide regular status updates and prepare weekly and monthly summary reports.
- Attend meetings and inspections with clients and other stakeholders.
- Gather and manage documentation, including material certificates and test reports from suppliers or subcontractors.
- Prepare, review, and/or approve documentation submissions to clients and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and engage with relevant parties, including clients and stakeholders, for inspections and other related activities.
- Submit Requests for Inspection for all inspection activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in defects rectifications
