Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Processing Specialist to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' claims are handled efficiently and resolved within defined turnaround times.
Job Responsibilities :
- To ensure all customer’s claims are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time
- To be able to define the different types of cases and to follow up accordingly on cases for insufficient or incorrect details from service request raised through Customer Centre and Branches
- Process claims relating to customer’s transaction disputes done through SSB machines raised by Customer Centre and Branches
- To be able to identify and escalate any (potential) complaint cases to manager immediately
- To be able to follow the internal SOP and risk guidelines
Job Requirement:-
- Fast learner and able to grasp various applications required for the process
- Able to handle the work very efficiently and takes work very seriously
- Ensure the work gets completed before they leave office
- Experienced in bank claims will be added advantage
- To be able to work on weekend when required
