The eCommerce Executive is responsible for printing online orders, providing exceptional customer service to online customer and online listings. This role also involves the maintainance of social media advertizement.
Job Scope
- Manage and fulfil online sales orders on our online shop platforms and marketplaces (such as Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Amazon Etc)
- List and manage online products
- Social media
- Reply and follow up on customers' inquiries and feedbacks in time
- Manage and update ERP platform to ensure information is up to date
- Assist in packing customer orders
- Co-ordinate with warehouse workers and duties assigned by Management
- General day-to-day administrative duties
Requirements
- At least one year of work experience in handling E-commerce platforms (such as Lazada, Shopee etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic English and Mandarin
- Eager to learn and pick up new skills
- Knowledge of photo-editing software will be preferred
- Positive and responsible attitude, passionate about e-commerce and results-oriented
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently
