Position Overview:As the Systems and IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance and security of our systems, and developing the IT team. You will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with our group's objectives and driving continuous
improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business goals. Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational needs.
- Systems Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Team Leadership: Providing guidance, support, and training. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data. Implement and enforce security policies, conduct regular risk assessments, and manage compliance with relevant regulations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues. Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
