Job Description
3 month contract
· Handle full or partial sets of accounts (monthly, quarterly and yearly) for the portfolio of clients
· Ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions and analyse financial information, to prepare meaningful management accounts and supporting schedule
· Prepare financial statements under SFRS and other international GAAP
· Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
· Coordinate with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and government authorities, where required
· Establish good client relationships through positive interactions with the client’s team
· Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
· Prior experience working in outsourcing firm is highly advantageous
· Fresh graduate with keen interest in working for an accounting firm will also be considered
· Initiative, drive and enthusiasm with ability to work under pressure
· Advanced time management skills to plan for work and deliverable in advance
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with particular focus on Excel skills and Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) accounting software
· Self-driven, meticulous and organised with excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
