Admin cum Account Assistant (AR & AP)
$2,500 – $3,500 per month
Working at Woodlands Avenue 12
Working Hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Saturday Alternate (Half Day)
Responsibilities:
- Provides back-up to the Account Manager on all clerical functions, as needed.
- Assist on the month-end closing procedures to meet monthly deadlines.
- Assist on other accounting projects as needed.
- Process high volume in payment transaction (AR & AP).
- Able to work independently.
- Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare daily, monthly sales & purchases report.
- Handle worker’s claims, petty cash,
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a O'Level or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or LCCI certified, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
