Job Responsibilities
- Ensure stakeholders Purchase Request (PR) is fulfil on time
- Issue Purchase Order (PO) to vendors
- Ensure PO delivery is on time and expedite actual goods arrival
- Maintain healthy good relationships with vendors
- Research new products and vendors, when needs arises
- Forecast purchasing trends to make sure we have the right vendors to fulfil stakeholders’ requirement
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese, to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Openness to learn internal systems to fulfil job responsibilities.
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement or Supplier Chain may apply.
- No prior job experience requirement.
- Basic knowledge in SAP and SRM will be an advantage.
