Roles & Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Assist Company Director all the office Paper Work, and FULL SET MOM SYSTEM, SOP, and realted in the Construction Firm.
- Handling of insurances.
- Responsible for the Site Claim, Project, and Basic Account and any HOC duties realted to construction firm.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, report, and scanning, etc, counting worker cards, or any day by day tuties
- Administrative support to HR department as and when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Domintry Check in -Check out, Arrange ALL THE Foregin WORKERS ALL THE MATTERS.
