We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to perform administrative duties and ad-hoc office-based tasks.
Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, sorting /compiling of documents, and etc..
- To assist in all other ad-hoc administration matters as and when required.
Requirements
- Able to work weekends. Off day is on a weekday.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Skills - Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Google Drive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and be proactive in work.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be an advantage.
- Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice.
- Prior experience in accounting roles is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is also an added advantage
- Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
