Admin Assistant (Full Time)

Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited

We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to perform administrative duties and ad-hoc office-based tasks.


Job Duties

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, sorting /compiling of documents, and etc..
  • To assist in all other ad-hoc administration matters as and when required.

Requirements

  • Able to work weekends. Off day is on a weekday.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Skills - Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Google Drive.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and be proactive in work.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be an advantage.
  • Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice.
  • Prior experience in accounting roles is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is also an added advantage
  • Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
