Roles & Responsibilities
- Attending vessels at anchorage and/or berth (terminal) and etc, for husbandry matters.
- Arrangement of Port formalities, documentation, declaration for smooth vessel arrival/departure.
- Compliance on all statutory formalities and factual declarations.
- Communication and coordination with all work-related parties.
- Able to work irregular hours to handle assigned duties.
- Strong minded and positive.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, forwarders etc.
Skills / Knowledge / with or without Experience Required
- Skills - Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Power point, Word
- Strong communication skills –
- Must Process valid Class 3 or 3A driving license or more.
- With or without Shipping Knowledge as training will be provided.
Pre-requisites
- NITEC / Diploma On Maritime Study or equivalent in related field.
