RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

1. Engagement of the Community

• Develop and implement strategies to engage with local community organizations, senior centers, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders

• Foster partnerships and collaborations that enhance the nursing home's visibility and reputation within the community

2. Fundraising and Partnership Management

• Develop fundraising strategies and initiatives to support the nursing home's programs and activities

• Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies to secure financial support

• Organize fundraising events and campaigns, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution

• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities that align with the nursing home's mission and objectives

• Analyse partnership data and provide regular reports to stakeholders

• Present partnership plans and progress updates to stakeholders

• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to maximize benefits for the nursing home

• Possess at least a Degree in relevant area
• At least 3 -5 years of experience in relevant position

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience in partnership management, preferably within the healthcare or non-profit sector
2. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Understanding of the non-profit sector and its regulations
5. Commitment to the mission and values of Peacehaven Nursing Home

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be 44 hours.

8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday Friday, 45 minutes break inclusive).
