Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for all ensuring internal database is updated as required. Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.
· Maintaining office files and internal database, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the Company’s operations
· Preparation of basic corporate secretarial documents
· Assisting the corporate secretarial team
· Liaise with Clients on general administrative matters
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
· Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services
· Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum diploma and above
- Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years work experience
- Skills/ certifications: MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive good working attitude
