Responsibilities:
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times
- Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Spa Operations Supervisor
- To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa
- Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
- To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa
- To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings
- Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events
- Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Treatment Spa Manager
- Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
- Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required: Front Desk, Spa Retail, Area Relaxation, Area Preparation Room, Fitness Centre and Spa Suite
Requirement:
- Senior School qualification or equivalent is a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a service environment is a must
- Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel environment at housekeeping department will be an advantage
