- Handle all admin related duties in purchasing operations processes
- Support AP for payment processing
- Handle office admin support, data entry & administrative duties
- Assist in documentation controls & management
- Manage and organize records and files effectively.\
Requirements:
- Familiar with MS words & purchasing operation processing
- SAP or IFS experience would be an advantage
- Preferably 1-2 years experience handling documents
