Gross Salary: $5000-8000 per month with performance bonus
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our brand’s growth and enhance its market presence. As the Brand Manager, you will be integral in defining our brand identity, developing innovative strategies, and leading marketing initiatives to boost our brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Brand Positioning: Evaluate current brand positioning and consumer insights to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Vision and Mission Communication: Assist in defining and articulating Dixmondsg’s vision and mission, ensuring alignment with brand values and market needs.
- Strategy Development: Convert brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Creative Leadership: Oversee the development of creative marketing campaigns designed to inspire and motivate our audience to interact with our brand.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals focused on executing brand initiatives and achieving strategic goals.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and keep an eye on competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Advertising Oversight: Oversee ongoing and new marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Distribution and Consumer Feedback: Manage product distribution channels and analyze consumer reactions to optimize brand performance.
- Growth Strategies: Devise and implement innovative growth strategies to expand brand reach and market share.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all company aspects are aligned with the brand’s direction, including internal and external communications.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager, preferably within the beauty and personal care industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement brand and marketing strategies with clear communication to executives.
- Target Audience Insight: Expertise in identifying target audiences and crafting effective campaigns to engage them.
- Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix, with a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with a keen affinity for numbers and performance metrics.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and brand management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Sales.
