RESPONSIBILITIES
General Import / Export Processing Management
- Process machine and parts orders from our customers.
- Handle logistics for both SMT and FA products.
- Warehouse administration of stock for both SMT and FA products
- Assist with the logistics needs.
- Operate with sales management system A1 stream.
- Assist with exhibitions.
- Export control of machines and parts.
- Support financial information from A1 stream as required.
- Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague, and business related.
- Assist human resource related and general affairs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum in A-Level or Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge on incoterms, taxation, import/ export documents, trade compliance and inventory system.
- Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
*Flexi working arrangement and WFH upon confirmation.
