Assistant Purchaser

Sing Tec Construction Pte Ltd

A. Main Responsibilities

1.Assist in the sourcing of products and services.

2.Prepare procurement requests via quotations.

3.Maintain and manage vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

4.Monitoring materials project materials usage and project cost control.

5.Monitoring products and services pricing and quality.

6.Implement Purchase SOP, eg process , manage, control and evaluate – vendor , supplier & sub-con

7.Involve admin work: monitoring staff and workers, supplier and sub-con clearance for project site, data key in and Helping in company event, ISO audit, internal control audit , SOP audit

8.Involve logistics work: machine spare parts stock, lifting gear inspection, tools calibration.

9.Assistant in all procurement matters and Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Organization
