Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team members in one specific vertical team.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Meeting potential clients and building positive relationships.
- Implement effective sales actions according to the sales target drawn by company.
- Implement and develop sales activities in the responsible sales area under the leadership.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Meet/Exceed the sales task, complete the responsible task independently.
- Maintain the existing customer, establish the detailed customer files.
- Be an AR controller according to the account period required by company.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Freight Sales experience in the Freight Forwarding company
- Must have experience to handle MNC customer
- Good in communication and negotiation.
- Excellent presentation skill．
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills.
