As a Part-Time Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing hygiene practices to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Your role will involve managing hygiene protocols, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with various departments to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene and cleanliness protocols in alignment with company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and supervise staff on best practices for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage and maintain hygiene-related equipment and supplies.
- Address and resolve any hygiene-related issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure a seamless integration of hygiene practices into daily operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in food hygiene management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and health and safety standards.
- Able to commit 4 times a month for site visits
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
