Responsiblities:
1. Strategic planning and implementation:
Based on company and department business strategies, formulate quality management strategic plans that are consistent with actual conditions;
Decompose planning goals, formulate detailed implementation plans, and ensure the effective implementation and execution of each goal;
Regularly evaluate the implementation of strategic plans and make necessary adjustments and optimizations.
2. Quality management system construction:
Establish and improve the company's quality management system to ensure the system's compliance and efficiency;
Guide each business sequence to establish and optimize the quality management system to ensure the unity and coordination of each system;
Regularly supervise and evaluate the operational effectiveness of the quality management system, propose improvements and implement them.
3. Quality team 0-1 construction and management:
Optimize the organizational structure of the quality team and clarify the responsibilities and work processes of each position;
Responsible for the talent recruitment, training, assessment and motivation of the quality team to ensure the professional quality and work enthusiasm of team members;
Establish team goals and performance appraisal standards, and lead the team to continuously improve organizational capabilities and work efficiency.
4. Product life cycle quality management:
Responsible for formulating quality standards and IPD process management during the product development stage to ensure the quality of product design;
Manage supplier quality, formulate and supervise supplier quality standards, and ensure stable quality of the supply chain;
Supervise quality control during the production process, and promptly discover and solve quality problems in production;
Responsible for quality improvement after product launch, collecting customer feedback, analyzing quality problems, and promoting quality improvement.
5. Cross-department coordination and daily management:
Coordinate resources and relationships with other departments
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, engaged in quality management for more than 5 years, more than 3 years of experience in quality team management, rich experience and proficiency in total quality management systems, experience in responsible for multi-category product quality management is preferred
2. Diploma or above
3. Work experience: More than 5 years of quality management related experience, more than 3 years of team management experience
4. Most importantly, have the ability to build a process system from 0-1, build a team from 0-1, have experience in quality management in multiple sectors (reference 4), and be proficient in using quality management tools
