Part Time Accounts & Admin Assistant
We are an Event Management company located at Henderson Road. We have vacancy for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant on a permanent basis.
The Job
- Perform Book Keeping for full set of accounts using MYOB
- Perform monthly bank, AP and AR reconciliations
- Compile monthly sales report
- Generate annual income statements of accounts
- Assist with quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
- Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc data compilation when assigned
Requirements
- At least a Higher Nitec in Accounting/ Finance
- Minimum 3 years of required experience
- Able to handle full set of financial accounts independently
- Knowledge in MYOB is a must. Good in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Is meticulous and possess strong attention to details
Working Hours
- Required to work in office 2 days a week. Total working days per month is 9 days.
- 9.30 am to 4.30 pm (6 hrs per day)
