As a Scrum Master, you will manage your assigned projects within a project team and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into business solutions.
You will partner with the Product Owner to define the product roadmap and be the functional and subject matter authority for the solution and act as the liaison between product, technology, business and governance teams. Your tasks will include the timely reporting of project progress to key stakeholders, in order for successful implementation to drive business efficiency and innovation.
Job Description
Project Delivery Management:
- Control and analyze the project delivery process to ensure effective outcomes.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, facilitating problem-solving and resolving impediments promptly.
Agile Facilitation:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive consistent and effective results.
- Coach and guide Feature Team members on Agile principles, processes, and behaviors.
- Support Feature Team members in collaboration and anticipating obstacles.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to resolve challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for the Feature Team to continuously improve.
- Support the Feature Team in measuring and consistently tracking progress.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and assist with communication to all levels of management on behalf of the Feature Team.
- Create presentations and documents for project progress reports and relevant meetings (e.g., monthly steering committee, superusers).
- Utilize matrix reporting for tracking and reporting project progress.
- Bachelor's degree (IT, Engineering, Science) or equivalent.

- Able to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly and independently.
- Strong in agile and scrum, able to influence and coach team and stakeholders to adopt agile mindset and values.
- Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
