Personnel Qualification:
-1) NDE level 3 and qualified as welding inspector(CSWIP 3.1 or equal);
2) Rich experience in piping RT film review (RT LEvel III) (Main duty)；
3) Previous audit experience on chemical industry plant required;
4) Chinese and English speaking/writing(As the audit report shall be bilingual)；
5) Ability of review WPS/PQR
Service schedule：
Each audit able to complete within one week with audit report；
Request from each site： 2 weeks
