As an Industry Advisor, you will work within a virtual team focused on research & analysis framing, businss partnerships, project leadership, corporate strategy, problem solving and effective communication.
The mission is to deliver market leading capabilities across the national security spectrum, with products, services, and partner solution. This to enable a safer, more secure world. The Diverse & Inclusive team is a strategic arm for accelerating consumption within our three clouds and the will be responsible for technical leadership, technical strategy, and technical preparedness in driving the mission through Microsoft's technology. You will be part of a high-performance team of peers with similar responsibilities in other mission and business transformation areas.
Responsibilities
- Creates momentum for Microsoft by defining and landing the industry strategy in the ASIA Def & Intel accounts. Provides thought leadership via focus on broad global industry trends - activate and evangelize industry strategy and GTM into assigned accounts.
- Leverages relationships with targeted BDMs & mature accounts to secure new multi-year agreements, extending initial US successes across the rest of the world.
- Ignites and lands market-making business partnerships strengthening Microsoft and partner relationships with C-level execs in assigned accounts.
- Opens new opportunities across “rooms of the house”, and accelerates growth of our solution areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field AND 5+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field AND 3+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
