JOB SUMMARY
This role will play a critical role in ensuring product/service consistently meeting predefined requirement, as well as maintaining relevant documentation.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts daily QC checks on raw materials, packaging materials, in process control and finished product.
- Prepare and release labels when required.
- Ensure batch records are properly completed and documented. Maintaining batch records.
- Coordinate with operations team for investigations on OOS, deviation and rejected products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Facilitate corrections and revisions as needed, following established procedures.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including regulatory inspection.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to QC checks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in related fields
- Working experience in quality positions is preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare logistics, or relevant experience will be advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

5 Days work week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
