Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day and month-end closing of Accounts Payable duties.
- Prepare journal entries related to the Accounts Payable function, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the month-end closing process.
- To liaise with suppliers and internal team
- To perform some general clerical/administrative duties, filing
- Handles ad hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
- At least "O" level or Diploma Certificate
- At least 1 Year(s) of related working experience. Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply
- Proficient spoken and written in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients / associates
- Good in Microsoft office and experience in some accounting software
- Meticulous with an attention for details
- Technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under tight schedule and fast-paced environment
- Good team player and communication skill
- Salary will commensurate with experience
