Provide support to the Board and Executive Director in all administrative matters including:
- HR
HR Admin and payroll support
Check and reconcile time sheet
Orientation and training support for Youth Workers
Draft policy manual, employee handbook, checklists, etc.
- Finance
Process invoices and expenses claims
Manage vendor relations
Ability to keep full set of books would be an advantage
- IT and Media Support
Emails, domain, website, etc
Media support including FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc
- Fundraising support
Stakeholders and donors engagement
Newsletters, acknowledgements, etc.
Annual Report Publication
Grant Application
Coordinate fundraising efforts including relevant complaince
- Others
Act as DPO
Secretarial support to the board and management
