*Working Location : Pandan Avenue
*Working Time & Date: 5.5days, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm; Sat 8am to 12pm
Job Scopes:
- Keep good tracking records in documentations, pictures and/or videos, included but not limited to:
*loading & unloading of containers;
*progress of assembly for curtain wall likes gelling and protection liquid;
*workers’ daily work flow and work arrangement;
- Collaborate with warehouse manager to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- General administartive duties.
- Report and address any safety concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Required skills of Microsoft Office applications and Dynamics
- Preferably specialized in administrative support or equivalent
- Possess initiative to understand work flows and processes in order to work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work as a group and individual with effective organizational and follow-up skills
-Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
