Job Description
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing SEAO’s strategic initiatives along with all Online functional leaders to drive growth, enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with various functional leaders to identify opportunities and execute actionable strategies.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in Online businesses. Support to define long-term vision and establish annual and quarterly plans and KPIs measure success.
- Business Performance Management :Track all financial and operational performance of D2C and Pure Players by subsidiaries and product categories. Support sales teams to work with local subsidiaries to achieve financial and operational objectives and report to Management on future outlook and potential business risks.
- Data Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research, business KPI analysis, consumer insights and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and recommend initiatives to all functional leaders and management.
- Project Management: Be the control tower of cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and management of strategic projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to improve processes, optimize operations, and enhance the e-commerce platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and IT, to align strategies and achieve business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Min 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, research, data analysis or management consulting, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
