Job Description:
- Perform helpdesk support, network security and system administration.
- Proactive monitoring and maintenance of all IT services and network infrastructure.
- Maintain and support all IT hardware and software matters.
- Provide first level support for our DMS system, training will be provided.
- Coordinate, manage and execute any IT related projects.
- Maintain good IT documentation.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- Analytical skills in resolving problems.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- able to work half day on 1 Saturdays per month
