Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of third-party service providers to deliver quality cybersecurity, end-to-end infrastructure, communications and application services across business areas to meet the business needs.
- Oversee the management of outsourcing vendors to ensure that (a) contractual obligations are met and projects are successfully delivered by vendors/service providers; (b) contracts continually meet business needs; (c) vendors’ performance is monitored and delivered in accordance to contractual obligations and service-level agreements; and (d) project risks are properly mitigated and managed.
- Single point of contact (SPOTS) in addressing all technology needs and requirements to meet business needs & delivery of excellent services to business users in ensuring smooth delivery and operations of all IT services.
- Lead the management and resolving of issues and incidents in all aspects of IT, Data and Cybersecurity. Lead the implementation, monitoring, and review of IT general and access controls. Lead the management of IT and Data governance, risks and compliances strategies, Cybersecurity, IT DR/BCP, and IT Audits.
- Develop, manage, and track IT budget, procurement, and asset lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer / Computer Science or Engineering or Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience with at least 5 years in an IT hands-on managerial role.
- Experience in the IT industry best practices, system, processes, methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile PMP, NIST, ISO27001 etc.
- Good working knowledge in IT governance and risk referencing to CGEIT and CRISC including information security domains referencing to CISSP.
- Excellent technical knowledge in areas but not limited to cloud computing (Azure and AWS), Microsoft O365, end-to end infrastructure, cybersecurity.
