Taking care of the complete reservation process starting from receiving requests from travel agents abroad, prepare offers and quotations, timely follow-up and booking of all services, hotels and suppliers, also responsible to issue vouchers to hotels and other suppliers as well as the invoicing process and payment collection.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
- Identify and evaluate various options available for travelling and accommodation and formulating the final quotation to the client
- Sending reservation requests to hotels and land service providers
- Interaction with suppliers and business partners to settle logistical requirements for inbound tour groups.
- Visas applications for foreign customers.
- Handle any operations-related enquiries and assist Sales Team when required.
- General administration tasks, as outlined by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling inbound operations
- Good command of English & Chinese – both verbally and in writing is essential to deal with overseas business partners.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (World, Excel, Outlook) applications and computing skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
