Position: Admin Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized Bookeeper to assist our client’s international trading firm. The ideal candidate understands finance and bookkeeping in order to help keep books of numerous companies in check.
Responsibilities
· Bookkeeping
· Management of admin and accounts processes
· Able to handle Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and bank reconciliation
· Able to provide management with timely reports and updates on accounts balances
Requirements
· High school or Diploma in any relevant field
· At least 1 – 2 years prior experience, preferably in a trading with warehouse or logistics environment.
· Strong work ethic with professional demeanor and commitment to quality.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work across different time zones and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work Arrangement
· Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
· Work from office, no hybrid due to the office processing shipments (inbound and outbound)
· Office address: Nearest MRT (Tai Seng - Circle Line)
