Key accountabilities include but not limited to:Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, events, and more.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Content and Creative Oversight:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and tone.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop annual marketing roadmap and identify future opportunities for brand enhancement and sales growth.
Internal Communications:
- Oversee, develop, and manage the internal communications strategy to ensure consistency and flow to drive engagement and the employer brand in line with the values.
- Develop corporate messages and disseminate proactively in the business.
- Own the content for the internal communications.
Corporate Communications:
- Deliver communications campaigns for business units/divisions, coordinating with managers and partners.
- Manage budget, seeking opportunities for increased external support.
- Develop marketing collateral, including writing content for copy and website.
- Act as custodian for the Corporate Brand, raising its profile, including on social media.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Performance Analytics:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Education/Knowledge/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
