Job Description
- i. To coordinate with external account party;
- ii. To prepare payments (Cheque, GIRO, TT, FAST & Pay Now);
- iii. To manage fixed assets registration and disposal;
- iv. To prepare salary to staff from related company located oversea
- v. To manage, coordinate and review work done by the team members to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- vi. To manage monthly closing activities;
- vii. To prepare bank reconciliation and update bank transaction daily;
- viii. To assist director for monitor cash flow and bank facility transaction (Trust Receipt and Factoring);
- ix. To assist external account partyfor prepare financial statements and income tax schedules (Purchase Deposit, Customer Deposit, Goods Receipt Credit)
- x. To liaise with external auditor, banker, supplier and customer;
- xi. To perform general administrative tasks as and when required;
- xii. To perform all assigned duties and tasks within scheduled time.
Requirements
¨ Diploma in accounting, LCCI, CAT
¨ Min 2 year experience in handling accounts;
¨ Prefer to have experience in assisting superior in preparation of financial and management reports;
¨ Knowledge of accounting software, preferably with SAP experience;
¨ Possess initiative, responsible and able to work independently;
¨ Good team player.
