Responsibility
- Responsible to provide support to perform and check daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks to IT operation planning & administration sub team as team members
- Involve and participate in project management covering documentation, blue-sky ideation, requirement gathering, future-state-mapping, training, data migration study, change management, on-boarding and go-live support.
- Responsible to report the detail of incident and status to superiors on time without delay in case of any unexpected result of system operation team task
- Perform troubleshooting in IT systems and report the status to superior on time without delay .
- To support a project related to system operation team as project member.
- To support project from another team/section/department as instructed by superior.
- To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior.
- To propose a solution to superior to make system operation team tasks more stable and efficient.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors in IT or related fields
- Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly
- Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to make sure the tasks are smoothly process
