Workflow Tester (Up to 5.5k | East | BANK)

• Starts off as a 12 months contract

Job Purpose

• Responsible for Regional Corporate Account Services projects through digitization, standardization of process/policy/system for growth, people, operational efficiency, client servicing and enhanced operational controls management.
• Assist team manager in data, requirements gathering, and analysis for any initiative under the Regional Corporate Account Services space
• Work closely with team manager and regional locations Ops to prioritize initiative, develop, and execute the project plan
• Analyze working processes, technology and identify existing gaps and/or inefficiencies
• Propose possible improvements to the process, technology and achieve operations objectives
• Quantify challenges and forecast benefits from various strategic opportunities
• Prepare test cases and perform UAT testing.
• Document, conceptualize findings and key points into comprehensive professional presentations for regular updates to identified forums

Key Accountabilities

1. Managing End to end Regional Project /initiatives
2. Standardise key process and policy, system functionalities set up
3. Development of user training and familiarisation program on process, system functionalities/changes.
4. Review and implement process improvement and system enhancements for regional systems

Job Duties

1. Project manage key initiatives and other projects
2. Review and standardize key process, policy & system functionalities regionally
3. Participate in regional process standardization and system implementation
4. Conduct UAT testing & user training
5. Review and implement system enhancements

Required Experience

1. Degree Holder with minimum 5-8 years of total project experience with min 3 years experience in banking project teams will be preferred
2. Good understanding of banking terminology, corporate banking products and operational processes
3. Candidate who has knowledge of Corporate Account Services operations, related Operation processes and technology is a plus
4. Knowledge in Account Opening System (AOS) is a plus
