Your role
Are you an experienced Consultant or Change Manager with focus on the financial services industry? Do you want to work side by side with UBS management to solve strategic challenges? Do you enjoy collaborating with multinational and cross-functional teams? We’re looking for someone with these attributes to:
- Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery of high-quality work (growth, efficiency, digitization, integration or regulatory change)
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges
- Lead teams and clients through challenges in an inclusive, empathetic way
- Coach, lead, and advise consultants as they develop
- Actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting and take ownership in ensuring high quality services and standards
Your team
Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 780 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. Your expertise
- Outstanding academic track record from a leading university
- Ideally 8+ years of work experience, with a significant experience in a management / strategy consulting firm
- Proven track record of achievements and quantifiable outcomes across the full project lifecycle, like problem solving on complex assignments (including operating model and organizational design, post-merger integration, realizing efficiency improvements, digital transformation)
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and leading senior client presentations and meetings
- Strong banking, process, and product knowledge in one or several of these fields: Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Retail Banking
- Proficient in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
