Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT infrastructure projects
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to define project requirements and scope
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocations
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are on target
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices for IT infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT infrastructure services
Requirement
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and 3 years of experience in Project Management including Servers, Networking and Storage.
- Hardware knowledge about VMAX250FX, Pure, 3par, DD, IBM tape library, Cisco and Brocade SAN switches
- Basic functionality of above products, no requirement for in-depth technical knowledge ITIL knowledge
- Project management experience, good to have PMP certification
- Any previous DC consolidation or DC Exit project experience
- Project Manager will be handling the immediate DC consolidation project for China.
