Job Description
- Plan for on site work schedule and sequence of work.
- Execute works according to proper sequence of work.
- Ensure works are according to method of statement submitted.
- Plan and arrange for materials for site.
- Plan and arrange for manpower on site.
- Coordinate deliveries with vendors for materials supply
- Supervise site installation activities
- Attend site meetings with clients, main-con and sub-cons
- Closely monitor site progress and ensure quality control
- Supervise the workers to ensure works carry out accordance to safety plan and regulations
- Attend site inspection/survey and maintain safe working environment
- Regular report and update daily activities to superior
- Min. 2 years building construction industry is an advantage
