Job Description:
- Appoint marine surveyors as survey agent/correspondent.
- Coordinate with relevant parties (i.e.surveyor, local agent, consignees, owners' superintendent etc.) for surveyor's attendance or boarding arrangement.
- Book flight tickets & accomodations for surveyors when necessary.
- Liaise with surveyors to monitor case progress on daily basis.
- Follow-up with surveyors for documentation after on-site survey (i.e invoice, survey report & working timesheet).
- Review documents submitted by surveyors, including but not limited to survey expenses, working timesheet, survey report etc.
- Prepare documents for case closing.
- Other ad-hoc works assigned by team leader.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR
- Diploma or above in Maritime related field.
- Preferable 3 years of working experience in shipping industry with exposure to Marine insurance. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- A Self-motivated, result-driven individual, team player.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (including speaking, writing and reading).
- Candidates with sailing experience is a plus.
