Working Timing : 9 – 6 PM
Salary Budget : 4,000 - $5,000 + VB (No AWS)
Job Description
- Handles Accounts Payable Function
- Data entry and maintains accurate, complete account transactions.
- Accurately review a low volume of supplier Client invoices and ensure all documentation is correctly approved prior to payment.
- Prepare monthly schedules for month-end closing.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
- Perform account analysis to ensure journal entries and balance sheet are correct.
- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of month end reporting.
- Handle GL accounts for a subsidiary
- Liasing with Investment Account Banker, IAP for updates and following up on Stocks in open market
- Update any Dividend from the Banker side.
- Providing watch list of the stocks to monitor.
- Weekly / Monthly Report of Financial Report / Investment report to client / company
- Tally of Reports from Bank and Client with own records
- Review of Financial report receive from Bank / Company
- Support Queries from client / company
- Extraction of Data for meetings
Job Requirement
- Experience in Full sets of Accounts [ AR, AP, GL ] is Preferred
- Bonus if have experience in investiture for stocks open market.
- Holding valid ACCA / CPA.
- Willing to work in family office environment as there is no career progression for this post.
