Payroll Accountant will maintain the payroll functions of the clients, ensuring pay is processed on time and accurately, and maintain full sets of accounts for clients in compliance with government regulations.
Job Description
· Maintaining full sets of accounting records for the portfolio of clients which includes monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, IRAS, CPF reporting and payment administration in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements
· Handle full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (i.e. monthly CPF contribution, IR8A/E tax submission)
· Assist clients with any payroll, IRAS and CPF related issues
· Coach and review work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently
· Any other ad hoc duties as required by the department
Job Requirements
· Min Diploma in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications
· At least 1 to 2 years experience in handling payroll and accounts
· Positive work attitude
· Proficient with MS Office and comfortable in learning payroll and accounting systems
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· 5 days work week in Town area (near MRT)
