Contract Period: Immediate to 30 Sep 24
Work Schedule: Mon to Sun, including Public Holidays ; 11am to 8pm

Job Description:
- Assist with registration of inpatient visitors via kiosk, counters etc.
- Assist with scan-in/out duties at the gantries.
- Assist with retrieval of RTLS tags from exit gantries, replenishment of tags to counters, kiosks, charging room, office etc.
- Assist with way finding duties, taking in general queries/feedback and ensure needful information is escalated according to department’s reporting structure.
- Ensure adequate communication is performed within the team to ensure all ground duties are completed promptly. Teamwork is important.
- Role is a physical role, where candidate would need to stand, walk and be on the move throughout the day. Candidate would also need to bend down and sort tags and hence candidate should be ideally healthy, fit for the physical demands of the role.
- Any other duties/events/activities assigned by Duty Manager.
