Our client, a European Market Leader in the Automotive Industry seeking for EVENTS MANAGER.\
Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- At least 5 years of relevant and proven experience preferably in the AUTOMOTIVE OR HIGH LUXURY SECTORS.
- The ability to develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with retail marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Experiencing in Planning, coordinating and executing a variety of events including product launches, sales acquisition events, test drive events and customer appreciation events
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify event opportunities and consumer trends.
- Well verse in developing event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and digital marketing efforts.
- Utilize CRM systems and customer data to target and engage appropriate audience segments.
- Know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and community organizations.
- Able to prepare comprehensive event reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, Use data-driven insights to continuously improve event strategies and outcomes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
