Job Responsibilities
- Booking & Coordination of shipments.
- Handle full sets of shipping documentation
- Coordinate with carriers to make bookings or give loading and unloading instructions
- Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
- Liaise with vendors & customers / transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min “O" / Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience / Experience in handling freight shipment
- Being familiar in SAP will be an advantage but is not a must.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
