- To prepare cashflow forecasting reports, financial reports for HQ in Japan, and regulatory submissions.
- To oversee & manage all accounts functions.
- Manage external accounting service provider, which undertakes the functions of bookkeeping, GST, and annual tax returns.
- To manage all AR accounts receivable functions
- To manage all AP functions, including sales commission system.
- To reconcile and manage bank accounts in different currencies daily.
- To manage bank applications such as Letter of Credit and Performance Bond.
- 10 years of experience in Accounts preferable.
